Your help is needed in finding eligible applicants to utilize Wisconsin’s Home Repair Loan Program allocation. $480,000 is available and must be spent before September 30, 2018.

Examples of authorized loan purposes:

  • Additions
  • Flooring
  • Siding
  • Appliances
  • Countertops
  • Cabinets
  • Painting
  • Windows
  • Doors
  • Furnace
  • Roof
  • Insulation

No mortgage required if loan is less than $7,500

20 year term, fixed 1% interest – payment on a $7,499 loan is $34.50/month

No minimum credit score is required; non-traditional credit sources are allowed

Income must be stable and dependable; employment history not required
