By signing the paperless water bill form, I understand and agree that if I don't receive my utility bill, it is my responsibility to contact the Village Office. I also agree that the bill is due on the due date regardless, if I received the bill via email or not. I will add clerk@villageofwaldo.com to my contacts, which will help stop the bill from going to the spam box. I understand that if at anytime I want to cancel paperless utility bills, I will need to contact the Village Office to do so.
