Utility Policy & Procedures

The Village has adopted a Municipal Utility Policy and Procedure to provide guidance on delinquent utility accounts, payment arrangements, disconnection procedures, tax roll placement, and leak adjustments. This policy explains billing and payment timelines, options for deferred payment agreements, when delinquent balances may be added to the tax roll, and how residents may request a billing adjustment for qualifying water leaks. Service Line Inventory Report

The Village is required by the Wisconsin DNR and EPA to maintain a service line inventory report for all properties connected to the public water system. This report identifies the material of the water service line from the water main to the curb stop and from the curb stop into the building. The inventory helps determine if any lead service lines may be present and assists the Village in planning for future replacement and compliance efforts. The report also includes information on how the material was identified and whether it has been field verified. Click on the blue box to see the report.
