WIS 28 SPEED LIMIT CHANGE APPROVED!
Following a request from the Village of Waldo, the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) has completed a speed study of Highway 28 and approved a change to the speed limit on the west side of the Village.
What’s changing?
The existing 35 mph speed zone will be extended west approximately 1,000 feet. The new speed zone will begin approximately 380 feet west of Blueberry Lane, reducing the speed limit from 55 mph to 35 mph in this area.
The existing 35 mph speed limit from Motown Drive east to Highway 57 will remain unchanged.
