The Village of Waldo will be completing a water main repair on Monday, September 28. Please be aware of the following:

SCHEDULED WATER SHUT OFF

Water service for residents east of the water tower will be shut off beginning at 8:00 a.m. and is expected to be restored by 4:00 p.m.

Please plan accordingly and have water available for your household needs during this time.

HIGHWAY 57 SOUTHBOUND CLOSURE

Highway 57 southbound from the Highway 28/County Road V intersection will be CLOSED ALL DAY MONDAY.

Official Detour:

Take Highway 28 west to County Road NN.

Follow County Road NN south to County Road F.

Take County Road F east back to Highway 57.

Please plan ahead and allow extra travel time, especially for your morning and afternoon commutes.

AFTER WATER SERVICE IS RESTORED

You may notice some air or discoloration in your water. Please run cold water through a bathtub or utility sink to flush your lines and avoid plugging faucet aerators.
