Submit a Complaint/Concern

We value your feedback and take resident concerns seriously. This form allows you to report a problem, file a complaint, or share a suggestion with the Village of Waldo.

Submissions go directly to the Village Clerk/Treasurer’s Office and are shared with the Village Board as appropriate. While the Clerk/Treasurer does not have decision-making authority, your input is important and will be included in the Board’s communications.
