Village of Waldo – Office Closure Notice

The Village Office will be closed December 15–19, 2025, while the Clerk/Treasurer is attending her son’s Army AIT graduation.

Tax Bills:

Tax bills will be mailed out on or before December 15th. Any payments made during the week of the closure will be receipted as of the actual date of payment once the office reopens.

How to Submit Payments:
Residents may submit their tax payments in the following ways:

By Mail:

(Include a self-addressed stamped envelope if you would like a receipt.)

Drop Box:
A secure drop box is located directly outside the Village Hall. Payments placed in the drop box will be collected daily during the office closure.
