The Village of Waldo will be completing a water main repair tomorrow, Friday, September 11. Some residents may experience a temporary water shutoff during the repair. No water will be turned off before 8:00 a.m.

The median crossing at Highway 57 will also be temporarily closed during the repair.

Because of the closure:

➡️ If you are traveling east across Highway 57, you will need to turn south onto Highway 57.

⬅️ If you are traveling west across Highway 57, you will need to turn north onto Highway 57.

This is only a short detour. After turning onto Highway 57, you can travel a short distance to the next crossover and then continue in the direction you originally intended to travel.

Please use caution in the work area and plan for a few extra minutes of travel time.

Once water service is restored, you may notice some air or discoloration in the water. Please run fresh water through a bathtub or utility sink to flush your lines and avoid plugging faucet aerators.
